Environmental FSC Statement

Marvesa carefully selects raw materials from suppliers in the jungle in Peru. We believe that it is vital to have a long term business relationship with the wood providers, in order to work as efficiently and professionally as possible.

We are aware of and adhere to the environmental and forestry laws of Peru, as well as the Lacey act of the United States. We only purchase from suppliers who obtain wood legally and have all necessary legal documents to prove it. We do not purchase wood from inexpensive and unknown suppliers as this can lead to potential compromises in legal and ethical procurement.

Marvesa is aware of the importance of managing the forest in a responsible and sustainable way. We are therefore FSC certified.
